Humbla Open Care is looking to strengthen its team of therapists in Gothenburg and is seeking someone with the courage, enthusiasm, and drive to help develop Humbla's open care services in the Gothenburg region. The position also includes working with youth placed in Humbla's supported housing in Borås.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently and taking personal responsibility. You will be part of a strong and competent team where everyone goes the extra mile for those they work with and for, as well as for their colleagues.

We work with intensive home-based interventions in families with complex needs and with evidence-based practice as a foundation. This means you need to be secure in your professional role and have the ability to adapt methods and approaches according to the individual's circumstances and needs. The work requires that you are confident in yourself and can be authentic in your interactions with people, that you are focused on finding solutions, that you can take initiative and work independently, have the ability to maintain structure in a changing work environment, and are skilled at creating sustainable and safe relationships. We place great importance on personal suitability.
Qualifications
A degree in social work and experience working with families facing social issues is required.
Meritorious
- Step 1 training
- Previous experience working in open care focused on children, youth, and their families
- Previous experience working in supported housing
- Previous experience in project management, responsibility functions, leadership
- System theory
- Signs of Safety with safety assessments

Subject to necessary decisions, we are looking for a colleague based in Gothenburg.
We apply a 6-month probationary period.

We currently operate in Stockholm, Uppsala, Gävle, Gothenburg, and Borås and offer individual support and treatment, qualified case management, family therapy, supported housing, home investigations, and family pedagogical interventions. Humbla also conducts activities in emergency and foster care, enhanced supported housing, and LSS.
